How do I know it’s safe to shop with you?

What is a PDF?

A PDF is a digital file. You will need a pdf reader, like Adobe Acrobat Reader (PC or MAC) or Preview (MAC), to open, view, and print the file.

How do I receive my file?

Once the payment is processed you will be given a download link to access the file. Simply click the link, and save the file to your computer.

Do my download links expire?

Download links will expire after 90 days. During the 90 days, you can log into “My Account” and simply click your purchased file to download the file as many times as you like.

Do the files need to be resized before I print them?

The printable activity sheets and kits are designed to fit on a standard A4 size piece of paper. There is no resizing necessary. Print the file at 100%, Scale NONE, or Actual Size.

What payment methods do you accept?

Little Day Out Shop’s payment gateway is PayPal Express checkout, the safest and securest payment gateway on the Internet. PayPal accepts debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards or bank transfers. A PayPal account is not required in order to make a payment.

We do not accept paper cheques, bank transfers, cashier’s cheques, money orders or cash on delivery at this time.
