What’s the best thing to do on the first day of the November school holiday? Have fun! Join us on our Little Day Outing to Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park for an amazing race that will have the whole family zipping around the scenic park (Pond Gardens side) and taking on fun challenges while discovering about the Chinese language and culture!
Learn kungfu from a martial arts master, complete a Chinese calligraphy team challenge, solve puzzles “in the dark”,… It’s going to be non-stop excitement from the first pit stop to the final destination!
The first team to step on the destination mat will win a family trophy! But no one goes home empty handed. There are three types of tickets available:
– A child-adult pair ticket – $10
– An additional adult or child ticket – $5 (This can only be used in conjunction with a family ticket or child-adult pair ticket.)
Child tickets are for children aged 4.5 to 12. Children older than 12 years old will need to purchase adult tickets.
Ticket holders will be contacted with details on the meeting point and what to bring on the Monday before the outing.
Zhou’s Academic Studio has seen almost 90% of its students obtain distinctions in PSLE Chinese for 6 years running. The centre has grown since its inception in 2011 and enjoys increasing popularity among parents mostly by word of mouth. Students also enjoy their classes at Zhou, which are kept small to enable teachers to focus on the development of each student.
By actively adopting different teaching methodologies and exploring new teaching concepts and models, Zhou keeps learning fresh and interesting for students, with the aim of cultivating a strong passion for the Chinese language.
